Developing transportation infrastructure to meet the ever increasing
demands of population growth is a challenge for political subdivisions

ABHR's attorneys have significant experience in the development,
right-of-way acquisition, financing and construction of major
roadway improvements and toll roads, and they have experience
dealing with TxDOT, cities, counties and toll road authorities.
Our attorneys were instrumental in Fort Bend County's successful
start of its toll road system. The Fort Bend County Toll
Road Authority recently completed two major projects to link
Fort Bend County to the Harris County Toll Road System: The
Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road and the Fort Bend Westpark Tollway.
Our attorneys were involved with the creation of the Authority,
right-of-way acquisition, a successful county-wide bond election,
the issuance of $140 million in bonds and the construction
of the two projects on-time and under budget.
